Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: All items are made to order and processed for shipping within 2 to 3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • India Post Deliveries: If your PIN code is not serviced by standard couriers, we ship via India Post. These deliveries take between 3 and 15 working days.

Shipping Rates & Options We offer Express (Air) and Standard (Surface) shipping options calculated at checkout based on package weight and location. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible Indian PIN codes for a flat fee of ₹40.12.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

Delivery Issues & Delays

  • Failed Delivery: Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us.

  • Delayed Orders: If a delivery attempt is not made within 15 days (Air) or 20 days (Surface), please reach out to our support team for a full refund or a free replacement.
